If a return is necessary due to product defects or errors on our part, Sarafrs Jewellery will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, including cancellations initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Products eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  5. Receive Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once the replacement product is dispatched.
