We want you to love what you buy from Saraf RS Jewellery. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery, and return pickup is free.

How to return or exchange

Just contact us by call or WhatsApp on 82749 52026 or 91631 07152, or email hbtraders1973@gmail.com, with:

• your order number,
• the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason,
• photos of the item, if it is damaged, defective or not as described.

Our team will confirm your request and arrange a free pickup from your address, usually within 3–5 business days. Please pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the invoice. Once the item reaches us and passes our quality check, we will process your refund, store credit or exchange.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
• Exchanges are for the same item (for example, a different size) and depend on stock. If it is out of stock, we will refund you instead.
• If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will sort it out on priority.

Refunds

• You can choose a refund or store credit.
• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI or net banking).
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to your bank account. We will ask for your bank details.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return passes the quality check. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. Call or WhatsApp us on 82749 52026 or 91631 07152, or email hbtraders1973@gmail.com, with your order number. After 6 hours, the order may already be packed or shipped and cannot be cancelled. You can still return it after delivery as described above.
